Eidsiva Energi values great importance to safeguarding your privacy.

This privacy policy describes what personal data Eidsiva Energi receives and collects, why and how we collect information, as well as what Eidsiva Energi does to protect the personal data, your rights and how you can contact us.

Data controller
Eidsiva Energi, by the general manager, is responsible for the company's processing of personal data. The controller determines the purpose of the processing personal data, and which aids are to be used.

In connection with its operations, Eidsiva Energi processes personal data about job seekers and employees, suppliers, partners and other third parties. More details on the processing of employees' personal data can be found in the personnel handbook.

Eidsiva Energi processes the personal data you provide when you enter into an agreement with us or apply for a job with us, for example name, address, e-mail address, mobile number, age, employment status, CV/skills overview.

What the personal data is used for and why
Eidsiva Energi processes personal data to fulfill agreements with our respective parties:

• Administer and follow up employees and job seekers with us
• Administer and follow up agreements with suppliers, partners and other third parties
• Administer and follow up tender processes
  Eidsiva Energi is subject to legal requirements related to information security, and it is within
  our legitimate interest in providing satisfactory:
• Visitor/access control to our office premises
  Administration of and control of security in information systems (IT)

Use of personal data in connection with job seekers
If you apply for a job with us, the documents linked to a recruitment process will be processed according to HR Norway's supervisor, with the exception of shorter deletion deadlines for applications. Eidsiva Energi uses personal data to provide you with information about and implement the recruitment process. By applying to us, you agree to this.

Especially about the use of cookies
Some parts of www.peakshaper use cookies,
so-called cookies. Cookies are used to make the website more user-friendly. Eidsiva Energi does not use cookies to collect personal information. You can make changes at any time
your browser and block cookies. By blocking all cookies, you may lose access to parts of our website.

Storage and deletion of personal data Eidsiva Energi stores personal data in accordance with current legislation and has measures at all times to ensure the requirements for confidentiality, availability and integrity.

Your personal data will only be stored as long as Eidsiva Energi has a factual need and basis for this, and under any circumstances no longer than what follows from the legislation in force at any given time. When Eidsiva Energi no longer has a factual need and basis for storing personal data, the data will be deleted or anonymised.

• Personal data you provide in connection with a job application with us will be deleted within 6 months after the application deadline expires, if you are not employed by us
• Personal information provided in connection with tender processes is deleted 5 years after the end of the process, with the exception of the selected supplier, due to business value.
• Personal data you provide in connection with visitor access to our premises will be deleted after 30 days

Disclosure of personal data - confidentiality
Eidsiva Energi will not disclose personal data relating to you to outsiders, except when the personal data is disclosed:

a. With the consent of the person to whom the information relates,
b. Pursuant to law or regulations issued pursuant to law,
c. Following an order from a court or other authority, or
d. As part of payment collection etc. where there are factual reasons.

The obligation of confidentiality does not, however, prevent Eidsiva Energi from making the above personal data available to the companies which, by agreement with Eidsiva Energi, are in charge of the technical or administrative operation of our services.

When we provide personal data to companies as mentioned here, we ensure through a data processing agreement that these third parties comply with Eidsiva Energi's routines for processing and deleting personal data, and deleting these after the end of the assignment. Eidsiva Energi can also give third parties access to accumulated data that is anonymised.

Your rights
Eidsiva Energi processes personal data in accordance with this privacy policy and in accordance with the legislation in force at all times, including the Personal Data Act and the Personal Data Regulations.

As a general rule, you have the right to access the information that Eidsiva Energi has registered about you. As a general rule, you also have the right to request that information about you be changed or deleted, if you believe that the information is incomplete or incorrect. The Personal Data Act gives you, in certain situations, the right to demand restriction of processing of personal data about you, to object to processing and to have personal data about you handed over or transferred, in a structured, general and readable format.

Although access to and right to own personal data is the clear general rule, Eidsiva may in certain cases be entitled to make exceptions to these rights.

Your inquiries in this regard must be answered within 30 days at the latest. Please direct your inquiries to the contact information provided below.

If you believe that Eidsiva Energi has not respected your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. This is done by sending a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Contact information is available at www.datatilsynet.no.

Revision of this privacy policy
We may change this privacy policy if:
a. The processing of personal data changes, or
b. Revision is considered necessary due to changes in laws or regulations issued pursuant to law.

Eidsiva Energi will make any changes clearly visible, but we generally recommend that you read this privacy policy regularly when visiting on our websites.
